Is there really no commission, ever?
Ever. ALTO is a SaaS subscription. We don't take a cut of orders, reservations, or loyalty rewards. Toast added a 99-cent surcharge on every order in 2024 — that's the exact model we exist to replace.
Do I have to swap my POS?
No. ALTO is the layer above your POS. We integrate with Lightspeed, Toast, and Square. Your POS handles tickets and payments; ALTO handles menu, marketing, and reputation.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Monthly billing, no contracts, no minimum term. Cancel from your dashboard and your data exports to a clean ZIP within 24 hours.
What about discounts for annual billing?
Two months free on annual plans across Starter, Pro, and Agency. Apply at checkout or contact billing@alto.wiremo.co.
Do you have a free trial of paid plans?
Pro is free for 14 days, no card required. The Free plan is permanent and useful on its own — most operators start there.
Who owns the customer data captured through loyalty?
You do. Always. ALTO never re-markets to your guests on behalf of other venues. Export the list at any time as CSV or via API.
